Co-Management of Reserves

Under the Orakei Act 1991 several hectares of Whenua Rangatira returned to Ngati Whatua.

Under the proposed WAI 388 Deed of Settlement the return of several Auckland landmarks is proposed.

Whenua Rangatira and these landmarks will need to be co-managed for the benefit of all New Zealanders.

This will be no small task.
