Settlement Ratification Information
On Thursday 29 September 2011 the Deed of Settlement was initialled by Ngati Whatua o Orakei leaders and the Minister of Treaty Negotiations.

Voting has opened for Ngati Whatua o Orakei beneficiaries to ratify the Deed of Settlement. There are three ways to vote - by ballot box at a Ratification Hui, by post or online.

It will be held at:
Medina Executive North Bank 550 Flinders Street not far from Flinders Street Station Sunday 30th October 11.30am.
You must be registered to vote. You can register up until midnight Monday 31 October 2011 when voting closes. Registering between no and close of voting gives you the ability to make a special vote. Register here.
